The Resort

Situated along the shimmering lagoons, the Lagoon Studio Suite offers a spacious open floor plan, luxurious interiors, an oversize bathroom with a soaking tub and dual vanities, indoor and outdoor rain showers, and a king or two queen beds. Outdoor living space includes a pool terrace with sun loungers.
Beachside Lagoon View Suite

These one-bedroom suites, with king bed and a sofa bed, showcase views of the lagoon and mangroves from the living room and pool terrace. The bedroom and luxurious bathroom with soaking tub and rain shower offer easy access to the resort’s Punta Bonita pool and beach club entrance. Connecting suites are possible, subject to availability.
Rooftop Ocean View Suite
$1000 PER NIGHT • 1 KING & 1 SOFA BED / 1 ROLLAWAY
Located just across from the beach, these suites offer panoramic views of the ocean from the living room. The rooftop pool terrace offers a stunning vista of the Caribbean and a sun bed for afternoon siestas or star gazing. A sofa bed is offered along with the master king bed. Connecting suites may be possible, subject to availability.
Beachfront Studio Suite

Located steps away from the sand, Beachfront Studio Suite offers clear views of the turquoise Mexican Caribbean. Relax in the soaking tub or in the plunge pool on the terrace, and refresh in the private exterior shower. This room offers a king bed and a sofa bed. Adjoining rooms are possible, subject to availability.
MAYAKOBA TWO BEDROOM SUITE

These beautifully appointed townhouse-style suites offer a lagoon-side grand master bedroom with king bed and seating area, over-sized bathroom and outdoor lounge area. The second bedroom has two beds and a bathroom. The outdoor terrace features a plunge pool, a rooftop sundeck with a day bed and outstanding Caribbean ocean views.

Terms & Conditions
A 3 night minimum is required, with limited rooms available on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservation must be made by February 15th, 2022. Payment is required in full at time of booking. Non-refundable if not cancelled by March 25th. Make sure to check the expiration date on your passport, must be valid for 6 months from return date.
